Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of February 24, 2014
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2014-06 identifies new option classes to start trading on MIAX on Monday, February 24, 2014, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchanges identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
