MIAX Corporate Action Alert: OPEN TEXT CORPORATION (OTEX)
OPEN TEXT CORPORATION (OTEX) has announced a 2-for-1 stock split. The stock split and adjusted series will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. OTEX OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OTEX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
