MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NEWCASTLE INVESTMENT CORPORATION (NCT)

NEWCASTLE INVESTMENT CORPORATION (NCT) has announced a special distribution.  The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Friday, February 14, 2014.  On that date, the current NCT options class will change to NCT2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NCT2 options.  Therefore, no options on NCT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 14, 2014  The new NCT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NCT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 13, 2014.
