CHIMERA INVESTMENT CORPORATION (CIM) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike-price adjustments will become effective at the opening of trading on Monday, January 6, 2014. CIM OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CIM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 3, 2014.
