CBOE HOLDINGS, INC. (CBOE) has declared a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike-price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. CBOE HOLDINGS, INC. (CBOE) OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CBOE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 30, 2013.
