MIAX Corporate Action Alert: EXCO Resources, Inc. (XCO)
EXCO Resources, Inc. (XCO) has declared a Rights distribution to XCO Common Shareholders. As a result, on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, the current XCO options class will change to XCO1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list XCO1 options. Therefore, no options on XCO will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 24, 2013. The MIAX anticipates that the new XCO options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, December 26, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in XCO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 23, 2013.
