MIAX Corporate Action Alert: VF CORPORATION (VFC)
VF CORPORATION (VFC) has announced a 4-for-1 stock split. The stock split and adjusted series will become effective at the market open on Monday, December 23, 2013. VFC OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VFC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 20, 2013.
