MIAX Corporate Action Alert: MEDNAX, INC. (MD)
MEDNAX, INC. (MD) has announced a 2-for-1 stock split. The stock split and adjusted series will become effective at the market open on Friday, December 20, 2013. MD OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 19, 2013.
