MIAX Corporate Action Alert: PACCAR INC. (PCAR)
PACCAR INC. (PCAR) has declared a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike-price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. PCAR OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PCAR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 17, 2013.
