Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of December 16, 2013
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-76 identifies the exchange to be used as the "market for underlying security" for purposes of Openings on the Exchange as per MIAX Rule 503(d) for Openings on MIAX as of Monday, December 16, 2013.
