MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NUVERRA ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC. (NES)
NUVERRA ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC. (NES) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. The reverse stock split will become effective before the opening of business on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. On that date, the current NES options class will change to NES1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NES1 options. Therefore, no options on NES will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. The new NES options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 4, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NES will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 2, 2013.
