ALCATEL-LUCENT, S.A. (ALU) has declared a Cash Distribution. Associated strike-price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. ALU OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ALU will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 2, 2013.
