MIAX Corporate Action Alert: INGERSOLL-RAND PLC (IR)
INGERSOLL-RAND PLC (IR) has announced a distribution that will become effective before the opening of business on Monday, December 2, 2013. On that date, the current IR options class will change to IR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list IR1 options. Therefore, no options on IR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 2, 2013. The new IR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 3, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 29, 2013.
