Changes to MIAX Opening Quote Width Multiplier for Long Term Options Effective November 1, 2013
The MIAX Regulatory Circular, 2013-63, refers to the increase in the opening quote width multiplier to five (5) times the standard opening quote width for options with a time to expiration of nine (9) months or greater (“Long Term Option” or “LTO”). This increase will be effective at the start of trading on Friday, November 1, 2013.
