NEW ORIENTAL EDUCATION & TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC. (EDU) has declared a special cash dividend. Associated strike-price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. EDU OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EDU will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
