MIAX Corporate Action Alert: MURPHY OIL CORPORATION (MUR) - Updated OCC Information Memo Attached
MURPHY OIL CORPORATION (MUR) has announced a distribution that will become effective before the opening of business on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. On that date, the current MUR options class will change to MUR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MUR1 options. Therefore, no options on MUR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. The new MUR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MUR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 30, 2013.
