Limited Service MEI Ports Available August 13, 2013
Regulatory Circular 2013-51 was released on August 12, 2013 advising that MIAX recently filed SR-MIAX-2013-39 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to add, at no extra cost, a new category of MIAX Express Interface (“MEI”) Port, known as a Limited Service MEI Port, to the MIAX System. The new Limited Service MEI Port enhances the existing MEI Port connectivity made available to Market Makers. Please be advised that the new Limited Service MEI Ports were implemented today, August 13, 2013.
