Allowing All Lead Market Makers to Receive Directed Orders – Implementation Delay
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-40 refers to the Exchange delaying the operative date of the change to MIAX Rule 514. The Exchange will publish a subsequent Regulatory Circular with the implementation date.
