MIAX Corporate Action Alert: KNIGHT CAPITAL GROUP (KCG)

KNIGHT CAPITAL GROUP (KCG) has completed its merger with GETCO Holding Company, LLC.  The merger was approved and subsequently consummated on July 1, 2013, and will take effect prior to the market opening on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.  On that date, the current KCG options class will change to KCG1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list KCG1 options.  Therefore, no options on KCG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange beginning on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.  

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in KGC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 1, 2013.
