MIAX Corporate Action Alert: COINSTAR, INC. (CSTR) Name and Symbol Change to OUTERWALL, INC. (OUTR)
COINSTAR, INC. (CSTR) has announced that it will change its name to OUTERWALL, INC. and trading symbol to OUTR. As a result, option symbol CSTR will also change to OUTR effective at the opening of business on July 2, 2013. Strike prices and all other option terms will not change. MIAX Members must use the new option symbol OUTR commencing July 2, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CSTR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 1, 2013.
