MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NEWS CORPORATION CLASS A (NWSA)

NEWS CORPORATION CLASS A (NWSA) has announced that it will change its name and Class A Common Shares trading symbol to Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (FOXA) and distribute (New) News Corporation (NWSA) Class A Common Shares.  The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, July 1, 2013.  On that date, the current NWSA options class will change to FOXA1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list FOXA1 options.  Therefore, no options on FOXA or NWSA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 1, 2013.  The new FOXA options series will commence trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NWSA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 28, 2013.
