MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CERNER CORPORATION (CERN)
CERNER CORPORATION (CERN) has announced a 2-for-1 stock split. The stock split and adjusted series will become effective at the market open on Monday, July 1, 2013. CERN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CERN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 28, 2013.
