MIAX Corporate Action Alert: FREEPORT-MCMORAN COPPER & GOLD INC. (FCX)
FREEPORT-MCMORAN COPPER & GOLD INC. (FCX) has announced a supplemental dividend of $1.00 per FCX Common Share. The ex-distribution date for this dividend will be June 12, 2013. On that date, FCX options will continue to trade under the FCX symbol. Strike prices will be reduced by 1.00. (for example, a strike of 13.00 will be reduced to 12.00; a strike of 31.00 will be reduced to 30.00).
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FCX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
