MIAX Corporate Action Alert: MEMC ELECTRONIC MATERIALS, INC. (WFR) Name and Symbol Change to SUNEDISON, INC. (SUNE)
MEMC ELECTRONIC MATERIALS, INC. (WFR) will change its name and trading symbol to SUNEDISON, INC. (SUNE) effective at the opening of business on Monday, June 3, 2013. As a result, on that date the current WFR options class will change to SUNE. Strike prices and other options terms will not change. MIAX Members must use the new options symbol SUNE commencing June 3, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WFR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 31, 2013.
