MIAX Corporate Action Alert: WHOLE FOODS MARKET, INC. (WFM)
WHOLE FOODS MARKET, INC. (WFM) has announced a 2-for-1 stock split. The stock split and adjusted series will become effective at the market open on Thursday, May 30, 2013. WFM options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WFM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 29, 2013.
