MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC)
HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC) has declared a Special Cash Dividend of $0.50 per Share. The ex-distribution date for this distribution will be Friday, May 24, 2013. On that date, the current HFC Option Strike Prices will be reduced by 0.50. There will be no symbol change.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HFC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 23, 2013.
