MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ITAU UNIBANCO HOLDING S.A. (ITUB)

ITAU UNIBANCO HOLDING S.A. (ITUB) has declared a 10% Stock Dividend.  The Ex-Distribution Date will be Tuesday, May 21, 2013.  On that date, the current ITUB options class will change to ITUB1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ITUB1 options.  Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 21, 2013.  The new ITUB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, May 22 2013.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 20, 2013.
