MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NEWCASTLE INVESTMENT CORP. (NCT)
NEWCASTLE INVESTMENT CORP. (NCT) has declared a stock distribution to its shareholders. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Thursday, May 16, 2013. On that date, the current NCT options class will change to NCT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NCT1 options. Therefore, no options on NCT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 16, 2013. The new NCT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 17, 2013.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NCT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
