MIAX Options Interface Specification (FOI, MEI & ToM) Updates to support Attributable Orders Available

MIAX Options has just released updated Interface Specifications for the FIX Order Interface (FOI), MIAX Express Interface (MEI) and Top of Market Feed (ToM) to support Attributable Orders.  All specifications are currently available for review at MIAX Options Interface Specifications.

 

FIX Order Interface (FOI) – v1.6 Summary

  • MsgType D & G – added tag 9732 AttributableOrderIndicator to message.

MIAX Express Interface (MEI) – v1.4 Summary

  • Added Attributable ID to the Liquidity Seeking Event Notification.  

Top of Market Feed  (ToM) – v1.4 Summary

  • Added Attributable ID to the Liquidity Seeking Event Notification.  

Important Dates:

  • Week of May 6, 2013 – Interface updates for FOI and MEI available in the MIAX Firm Test Bed #2 (FTB2) environment.
    • This may require connectivity changes by firms to connect to a new IP address. Therefore, firms are advised to provide for adequate lead time.
  • Acceptance of Attributable Orders in the production environment is scheduled for late May 2013.  An alert will be sent once an actual date has been established.
