MIAX Corporate Action Alert: VALERO ENERGY CORPORATION (VLO)
VALERO ENERGY CORPORATION (VLO) has declared a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Thursday, May 2, 2013. On that date, the current VLO options class will change to VLO1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VLO1 options. Therefore, no options on VLO will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 2, 2013. The new VLO options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 3, 2013.
All GTC orders in VLO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
