Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of May 1, 2013
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-27 identifies the exchange to be used as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange as per MIAX Rule 503(d) for option class VRNG as of May 1, 2013.
