MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CEMEX, S.A.B. DE C.V. (CX)
CEMEX, S.A.B. DE C.V. (CX) has declared a 4% Stock Dividend. The ex-distribution date for the Stock Dividend is Tuesday, April 23, 2013. On that date, the current CX options class will change to CX3. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CX3 options. Therefore, no options on CX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. The new CX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
