Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Option Classes to Start Trading on April 1, 2013
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-13 identifies the exchanges to be used as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange as per MIAX Rule 503(d) for options classes to start trading on April 1, 2013.
