MIAX Listing Alert: Corporate Action - Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has declared a 10% Stock Dividend to American Depository Shareholders. The Ex-Distribution Date will be Tuesday, March 26, 2013. On that date, the current BBD Options Class will change to BBD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BBD1 Options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on the MIAX on Tuesday, March 26. The New BBD Options Class will commence trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.
