MIAX Options, subject to SEC approval, will offer a Top of Market (ToM) data feed that allows all market participants to receive real-time updates directly from the MIAX Options Market trading platform.  All firms requesting the MIAX Market Data Feed directly from MIAX or an approved MIAX Data Feed Distributor must execute a MIAX Exchange Data Vendor Agreement and applicable Schedules.  Please view MIAX Market Data for further details and to download the necessary data agreements and schedules.
