MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Danimer Scientific, Inc. (DNMR) and Zhihu Inc. (ZH)
Danimer Scientific, Inc. (DNMR) has announced a warrants distribution and Zhihu Inc. (ZH) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, May 10, 2024. On that date, the current DNMR and ZH option classes will change to DNMR1 and ZH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DNMR1 or ZH1 options. Therefore, no options on DNMR or ZH will be available for trading on Friday, May 10, 2024.
Danimer Scientific, Inc. (DNMR) and Zhihu Inc. (ZH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 13, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DNMR and ZH will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
